FAQs

  • ZDS Creative Collective Members can purchase additional monthly studio hours at a discounted rate of $30/hour. Studio rental can be booked through our website under the Open Studio tab.

  • All Collective Members are given the oppurtunity to sell their work through ZDS Creative’s in-person studio and/or our online store. All sellable work must be dropped off to our studio at 67 West St, STE 413. ZDS Creative will collect a 25% commission fee on all work sold on our premises/online store. Please contact us if you need assistance pricing your work for sale.

  • Our Greenpoint multimedia studio has endless possibilities, but here’s a list of some of the equipment made available to Collective Members:

    • 107in. seamless backdrop roll (multiple colors available)

    • 2 Neewer LED adjustable panel lights and diffusers

    • 2 adjustable work tables

    • Canon large format inkjet printer imagePROGRAF Pro-2100 21”)

    • Sanders, jigsaw, drill, and other woodworking tools

    • Variety of paints, papers, and brushes*

    • Variety of beads and jewelry making supplies

    • Variety of markers, pens, and pencils

    • Variety of collage-making materials (glues, tapes, old magazines, scrap papers, small-format scanner)

    • Yarn, embroidery floss, sewing machine, knitting needles, embroidery stretchers)

    • Variety of spray paints and finishing material

    *Some materials will be made available for an additional fee due to replenishing costs

  • Yes, and it is encouraged! However, we do not have lockers for use or a way to safely store private materials. Anything brought to the studio will have to be taken with you when you leave your designated rental time(s).
